Helping, Serving, Connecting, Reaching... Right on Time
What is On Time R.E.A.C.H.?
On Time R.E.A.C.H., in partnership with K2 Hawaii, was formed to inspire youth and young adults to uplift themselves and their community. We provide transformative opportunities and experiences that help unlock their capability and potential.
Our youth program empowers young individuals by connecting them with dedicated mentors who believe in their potential. Through meaningful relationships, unwavering support, and a nurturing environment, we help youth grow with confidence, discover their strengths, and become positive contributors to their community. On Time R.E.A.C.H. is committed to providing a safe haven for youth and young adults. This supportive space may be established in various locations, including parks, school campuses, church facilities, and community centers.
Through the On Time R.E.A.C.H. program, we aim to support local schools in addressing a variety of challenges affecting their students, such as truancy, dropout rates, violence, substance abuse, gang involvement, runaways, poor study skills, and bullying.Project S.M.A.R.T. was developed and implemented over the years in partnership with Honolulu Community Policing. This project serves as an alternative option for students who struggle to succeed in a traditional classroom setting.

Our Story
Our journey was inspired by twenty-five years of dedication with a remarkable group of youth and young adults known as the “Blessing Crew.” They triumphed over significant challenges, including drugs, gangs, violence, and navigating life in “at-risk” communities.Through the power of positive mentorship, the Blessing Crew transformed their lives and the lives of those around them. By embracing responsibility, accepting individuals for who they are, and serving their communities, they now live with a renewed sense of purpose.
In January 2009, we began forging impactful partnerships with agencies such as the Honolulu Police Department, Weed and Seed, Haʻawi Mai Puʻuwai, the Chinatown Business Association, and local churches.
We wholeheartedly believe in the strength of collaboration and the importance of community involvement.
